Our favorite place to spend our time. This is the island where Giuseppe Garibaldi fought for the independence of Italy. The ruins all over the island are still very much intact, which makes for some great exploring because your never more than 100 feet from some hue of blue water. His compound where he lived and died is now a museum. As interesting as it is the real reason you'll be there is for the pristine beaches and hidden in the pines sangaweech shacks with hammocks to lay in after your fill of sun and food.
This is the best salon in town. They don't have a website just a facebook page.
