Are you providing shuttles?

Answer

Yes! We are providing shuttles to and from the Welcome Party and to and from the Wedding from each of the blocked hotels - The Wylder, Union & Post and The Outpost. See the schedules on the Accommodations & Shuttles page.

What should I pack?

Answer

We recommend packing additional layers for your wedding‑weekend outfits. The temperatures in the mountains can be chilly, especially after dark. We have outdoor elements for welcome drinks on Friday and during the ceremony and cocktail hour on Saturday, so please keep that in mind as you pack for the weekend. We also recommend packing a swimsuit (if you plan to use the pool or sauna), athleisure clothing for various sporting and hiking activities and footwear that will do well on assorted outdoor terrain (grass, gravel, etc). Finally, packing an umbrella or two would be wise.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

The bulk of our wedding weekend is taking place outdoors (weather permitting), so we encourage you to plan footwear that can take you across varied terrain, from gravel to grass and more. This might not be the ideal weekend for stilettos.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are multiple great hotel options for you to choose from. We have room blocks at The Wylder (code: MOSMILL) and Union & Post (code: JBJUNE2026), or you could stay at any of the other great hotel options in Windham such as Hotel Vienna or Albergo Allegria.
