When you arrive at the Cancun airport search for a Seasons Tours representative. He wears beige pants, green shirt and a white hat with Seasons Transfers logo on it. Our chauffeurs wear navy or black pants, with white shirt. Our airport representatives will hold a sign with Seasons Transfers and your hotel logo. They will lead you to your car and chauffeur. IMPORTANT: Timeshare staff is inside the terminal´s building. They very often tell passengers arriving to Cancún to go to platform number 16 or they may get close to you asking to see your travel documents, saying they are your local representatives. Please do not pay attention to them. Remember our airport representative will be waiting for you outside the building. ARRIVING TO TERMINAL 3 Airport authorities do not let airport representatives get close to passenger´s exit at airport terminal 3, therefore, they will be waiting across the pedestrian crossing in front of terminal´s main gate. ARRIVING AT TERMINAL 4 After arriving and passing customs area at terminal 4, go through the sliding glass doors marked “Friends and Family“ exit, you will find a red sign saying "ATTENTION EXIT TO ALL GROUND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AND TAXIS." Once there, turn left and head to the main exit, walk along the sidewalk with the green fence on your left where you will find the meeting point. ARRIVING TO TERMINAL 2 Once you have passed the main gate of Terminal 2, walk down the entire ramp to the end. There you will find the meeting point. DEPARTURE TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS The pickup time on your return date will be three hours before your scheduled flight departure time. Nevertheless, we advise you to confirm this information with your hotel concierge or Seasons Tours staff once you will be at the Resort.
Flight
Cancun International Airport is the closest airport to the resort that you can fly into. Please do not forget your passport! You do not need a vaccination or a negative COVID test result to enter Mexico. However, you will need a negative COVID test result to re-enter the United States. Excellence Riviera Cancun will be providing free COVID testing on site within 3 days of your return flight.
