When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP here on the website by no later than January 20th, 2022.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we are sad to miss out on seeing all the kids, Excellence Riviera Cancun is an adults-only resort.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Excellence Riviera Cancun has a private VIP transfer service available to and from the airport for a fee with Seasons Tours. If you book your room with the group discount code then you have 1 free round-trip transfer per room to and from the airport with Seasons Tours. (Without discount code 1-2 passengers round trip is ~$174.) If people from your room are getting in to the airport at different times and you need to use another transfer service we have used and highly recommend USA transfers at USA-transfers.com. 1-3 passengers round trip is ~$75.

Question

Do I need a COVID test or vaccination to travel to Mexico?

Answer

You do not need a COVID test or vaccination to enter Mexico. However, you will need a negative COVID test result in order to return back to the US within 3 days prior to your return. The resort will be providing on site COVID testing free of charge. Just make sure to schedule your appointment once you arrive at the resort.

What days are Jess and Wes staying at the resort?

Our room is booked from Wednesday April 20th, 2022 through Wednesday April 27th, 2022 for 8 days and 7 nights. We would love for you to join us as long as you'd like! Don't forget to use our wedding discount code when you book your room with the resort!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know ahead of time and Excellence Riviera Cancun will be able to make accommodations.
