Maid of Honor
We met and became best friends because of Smokey's but we went to high school together for years before that. We regularly make jokes about how I never knew anyone in high school while she knew everyone- which would explain why it took a few months of us working together before I ever made the connection that we were both Wilmot students. When I finally realized, all she could say was "Jess, I literally see you in the halls every single day." Oops. In the time we've spent together since then, I can honestly say our friendship has become one of my strongest and most cherished relationships. This is one of the people I was so lucky to have crossed paths with and actually remembered.
Bridesmaid
The only thing I remember from German class in high school is how to say "Hello! My name is Jessica." and how I became best friends with Caitlyn. To this day, she is one of the few people who can bring me to tears of laughter- no matter how disruptive it may be to whatever situation we're in. She is one of the most genuine human beings I've ever met and I'm so grateful to have her in my life, let alone my wedding.
Bridesmaid
Cousins by blood-friends by choice! This is my concert buddy. We've been going to see our favorite bands live before we could even drive ourselves. If you ever see a Snapchat story with lights, loud music and bad scream-singing, it's almost a guarantee Katie is with me behind the camera. We're nine months apart and I'm younger so when I say I can't imagine my life without her, I literally can't. She's always been there for me and I'm so lucky to have her.

Our Grams always said that Kristi was the best hugger, and if it's coming from her, then it must be true. Kristi and I do this thing where every time we hug, we basically have a contest for who will hold on the longest before letting go. It usually ends in a tie between both of us laughing too much or deciding it really is time to say goodbye. If we aren't hugging you'll see us jamming out in our cars, grabbing a coffee, catching a movie or really anything resembling a good time- she's there for it all.
Bridesmaid
I've been giving Mandi rides home for some time now and I've gotta say, she's one of the best listeners I've ever met. Whether it be unsolicited advice, my own struggles, or just a recap of our favorite shows, she always sits patiently and lets me do what I do best- talk. Despite some poorly told scary stories or endless amounts of tattling when we were kids, we still ended up close as can be (thank God!) She was the final puzzle piece of our generation to complete the super big happy family we are and I'm thankful to have her.
All My 'Somethings'
Something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.... I have shared so much of my life with these two. They've been my best friends since kindergarten and still are to this day. Whether it was our weekly movie nights spent laughing so hard we could cry (even during the movies that weren't meant to be comedies), talking on the phone from the second we got home from school until it was time to go to bed, or driving together across the country just to see one another for a few days- we lived it together. I love them with all my heart and decided to make them the nontraditional-tradition of all my "somethings." You'll see my oldest friends dressed in blue on my wedding day to show everyone just how special they are to me.
Best Man
I remember the first time I went to Michael's house. In hindsight, it should have been easy to find but to a 10 year old kid with nothing but his bike, a piece of paper with an address on it, in a new town? It was an adventure. Well eventually I found it and from then on we would always hangout and eat all of the taquitos that we could while watching 'Kenny vs Spenny' and 'Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia'. Over the years, we would reach out to each other and have a blast whenever we'd get together. Now I'm lucky enough to see my best friend almost weekly.
Groomsman
I just met Jacob (and Caitlyn) a few years ago when Jess and I started dating, and they almost instantly became two of my best friends. When we first hung out, I thought he was a funny guy and was pretty nerdy, but that's a plus because I'm super nerdy too. I think we instantly bonded when we started talking about video games and shows that we both watched and were really into. On top of all of that, I got him into Dungeons and Dragons, maybe a bit too much, and now we play every week!
Groomsman
Shout out to the best musician and billiards player I know! Mikey G is by far one of the best friends I could have ever asked for. He is one of the kindest and most honest people I know. We always have a blast just sitting around and talking about literally the most random things. Usually that would be video games but that could evolve into how the space ships for Space X are doing and then before you know it, we're watching videos of rockets landing themselves on the landing pads. Everyone deserves a friend as great as this guy.
Groomsman
Tommy has always felt like the little brother I never had. I've known him for as long as I've known his brother Michael B, obviously. I introduced him to one of my favorite video games ever, Kingdom Hearts, and I'm so happy we get to bond over things we both absolutely love. Talking and laughing with Tommy is always a great time. It's been crazy watching him grow up and become one of my own closest friends. One minute he's Mike's little brother and next thing you know he's over 6 feet tall, has a thick beard, and a voice deeper than anyone I know. It's crazy how time flies.
