Are you registered? Where?

We are registered on Amazon, Target, and Zola. You can find our registry by visiting the registry section of our website.

Can I bring the kids or a date?

Answer

We are keeping our ceremony and reception intimate and kindly ask you to stick to the those listed on your invitation. If your invitation does not indicate a "Guest" we ask that you please refrain from bringing a plus one. We are limiting kids to our nieces and nephews.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes. We will have an open bar. We ask that you please drink responsibly and be extra kind to your bartender.

What food will be served?

Answer

Our menu consists of a Mexican Buffet which includes the following: -Diced Chicken -Shredded pork -Ground beef -Seasoned Black Beans -Chips -Queso -Flour tortillas -Cilantro lime rice -Fajita Onions and Peppers -Guacamole -Mild salsa -Shredded lettuce -Shredded cheese -Sour cream The buffet will be deconstructed to allow you to build what you wish!

Can I request songs?

Answer

Yes. Our DJ is amazing and will gladly take requests. We have provided him with some parameters/do not play songs, so please be courteous in the event he tells you he is unable to accommodate your request.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free public parking right across the street.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal / cocktail attire preferred but it’s important to us you feel comfortable. Keep in mind, there will be LOTS of photos taken

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the travel section of our website for some hotel recommendations. If you’re searching on your own and want to be close to the venue, Southport and Greenwood area are likely the best places to look.

Will there be any transportation to or from the venue?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from the Home 2 Suites in Greenwood to Folktale. The schedule of transportation is as follows: From Hotel to Venue: pick up at hotel at 3:50 pm arrival at venue by 4 pm pick up at hotel at 4:10 pm arrival at venue by 4:20 pm Departure times from Venue to Hotel: 9 pm 10 pm 11 pm Please be courteous to your driver!
