Mount Bachelor Village Resort

Mt Bachelor Village Resort is a great option for those wanting to take advantage of the outdoors. Those who stay here will be within walking distance of the Deschutes River and several hiking and biking trails. The resort is within a 15 minute drive to our venue, a 10 minute drive to town, and in the same neighborhood as our bridal party houses where we'll be hosting the after party.

There are plenty of great Airbnbs around Bend. If you're stuck on where in Bend to look, here are some considerations: - The bridal party will be staying in Airbnbs in the Century West area near Mount Bachelor Village. There will be shuttle service from this area to the wedding. - The Welcome Party is in The Box Factory area near Old Bend & Old Mill. - Other great neighborhoods include: Summit West & Northwest Crossing (about 5 minute drive to wedding), River West (about 10 minute drive to wedding), Southern Crossing (this is Jess and Spencer's neighborhood, about 15 minute drive to wedding)

This Marriott hotel is across the street from our Welcome Party, within the popular Box Factory area of Bend. It's a 10 minute drive to the wedding venue and walkable to downtown.

A new Westin hotel in Bend, just north of downtown (10 minute walk) and across the street from the river. Element is a 5 minute drive from the Welcome Party and a 10 minute drive to the wedding venue.

Campfire Hotel

A great budget-friendly hotel option. Though the hotel is on a busy 4-lane road, it's only a 5 minute drive to downtown and our Welcome Party, or a 15 minute drive to the wedding venue.

Flight

Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM)

Redmond is our local airport, about a 25 minute drive from Bend. You will likely have a layover on your journey because the airport is tiny! Thanks in advance for your patience with mountain-town living :)

We highly suggest booking a rental car for your stay, especially if you plan to explore beyond our core wedding activities. If you'd like to book a rental car, we recommend booking early and finding people to carpool with!

Travel Note

Taxi, Lyft & Uber

Lyft and Uber availability is very limited in Bend and it's best to schedule rides in advance. If you have trouble getting a rideshare, Bend Cab Company is our go-to. You can call them at (541) 389-8090 or download the TaxiCaller mobile app. Rides to Bend from the airport are typically $40-$50.
