Parking Recommendations
Three parking options: 1. For those staying at either of the two listed hotels, there is parking available at those hotels. We recommend requesting early check in at hotel, parking your vehicle at the hotel, and then taking the shuttle (organized by us) or walking to the ceremony and reception. 2. Heinz Chapel (ceremony) has 30 street parking spots available on S. Bellefield Ave. For guests who are driving to our wedding on the DAY OF (local Pittsburgh guests) we encourage you to drive directly to the ceremony and utilize the designated street parking spots. Following the ceremony, we recommend driving your vehicle back to the hotel to park for the remainder of the night OR driving to the Museum for reception (if you plan on driving back home after the wedding). There will be a shuttle at the end of the reception that will take guests back to their hotel. 3. The Carnegie Museum (reception) has a parking lot with enough spaces for everyone; the cost will be covered by us. For guests who are LOCAL/not staying at the hotels, we recommend driving straight to the reception venue to park and then walking across the street to the ceremony and back for the reception. *Please note that there is no overnight parking at the reception venue. If you are not local, we recommend leaving your car parked at the hotel and utilizing shuttle to get dropped off at ceremony and picked up at the end of the night* Those who don't mind a short walk can easily stay parked at the hotel OR museum (reception venue) and walk to the ceremony (6 minute walk from hotel) and reception (4 minute walk from church to reception).
