We kindly ask you to RSVP by Sunday, December 15th at https://www.zola.com/wedding/jessandpaul2025/rsvp
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our guests to bring a companion. Unless they are specifically named on the invitation and the RSVP form, we regretfully ask our guests not to bring a plus one. Thank you for understanding!
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to budget constraints. We have made exceptions for children in our family and the wedding party. We hope you understand our decision and take the opportunity to let loose and enjoy your night off!
Please plan to arrive at The Gardens of Weber Manor 30 minutes prior to the start of the wedding. This will give you enough time to valet your car, if needed, walk to the ceremony, and mingle with guests.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transportation to and from hotels to the ceremony or any other wedding events. If you do not plan to drive to the venue, consider Uber, Lyft, or taxi to 21745 SW 157th Ave, Miami, FL 33170. There will be signs at the main entrance directing your driver to the valet stand where you will be dropped off. The driver can let the valet know they are just dropping off guests and then leaving.
Yes! There is plenty of parking onsite. Parking will be handled by a complimentary valet service to minimize the distance guests have to walk and to avoid guests needing to walk through grass or on uneven terrain.
The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held outdoors. We will have a tent set up for the reception. The weather in January tends to be mild and sunny, with temperatures averaging in the mid 70s during the day and low 70s/high 60s at night. We recommend bringing a light sweater or shawl to wear. That said, Miami can experience cold fronts too! Please check the weather 2-3 days prior to the event so that you can adequately prepare.
Yes! Please let us know if you will need any additional supports at the venue by emailing us at jessandpaul1018@gmail.com.
Yes! Cocktail attire is our dress code. Feel free to wear your best cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and/or jackets and slacks :) Note for those wearing heels: The ground at the venue can be slightly uneven at times. Consider wearing block heels or purchasing heel stoppers for stilettos to protect your shoes. We also recommend bringing a pair of flats or sandals to change into during the reception if you know your feet will need a break :)
You will have an opportunity to take pictures of the wedding party and couple prior to the start of the ceremony. Afterward, we'll kindly ask our guests to put away their devices until the cocktail hour and reception. We promise to share the pictures taken by our photographer.
Absolutely! All we ask is that you cover any faces of children who are captured in your photos or refrain from posting pictures of the children in our wedding.
Yes! While we are not reserving a hotel block, we have recommended hotels and other accommodations in the lodging and travel section of this website.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet during the reception with a selection of meat, fish, sides, and salads. If you are vegetarian or vegan, we can provide a vegetarian/vegan friendly dish to you. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you RSVP for the wedding.
Please share any food allergies or dietary restrictions you have on the RSVP form. We will do our best to accommodate you!
Yes! You may bring cash to tip the bartenders, but it is not a requirement.
