Travel Note
We will be providing a school bus shuttle for both the Welcome Party and Wedding. The schedule is as follows: Friday: 4:15pm Hotel pickup (Hyatt first, then Residence Inn and Courtyard so don't be surprised if the bus isn't there right at 4:15pm). 5:45pm Hotel pickup 8:15pm Shuttle back to Hotels from Hudson Shore Estate Saturday: 4pm Hotel pickup (4pm sharp for Hyatt and Residence Inn. Courtyard pickup will be closer to 4:10pm) 10:30pm Bus back to Hotels from Red Maple for those not staying for the After Party 12am Bus back to Hotels from Red Maple for those staying for the After Party

This is the last hotel block with open rooms (all others have been booked!) The rate should be cheaper than others you will find in the area during our weekend.
