Join us for wood fired pizza, salad, bites and drinks to kick off the weekend! Note: Parking will be extremely limited. If you need to drive, please carpool. Transportation will be provided from the Hyatt Place, Residence Inn, and Courtyard in Poughkeepsie to Hudson Shore Estate. Shuttle will run at 4:15pm and 5:45pm from hotels to Hudson Shore Estate; 8:15pm from Hudson Shore Estate to hotels. We only have one bus so they likely will arrive at Hyatt first (departing at 4:15 and 5:45), then will go to the Residence Inn and Courtyard.

Our Wedding Day
5:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Black-tie optional. Our ceremony will be on the grass, so maybe re-think stilettos! Dinner and dancing to follow the ceremony.
Ceremony will begin at 5pm sharp. All guests should arrive at Red Maple Vineyard no later than 4:30pm. Transportation will be provided from all 3 hotels. Bus will leave Hyatt Place and Residence Inn at 4:00pm and the Courtyard at 4:10pm.
After Party

Let's keep the party going! Join us for late night snacks and a dance party in the winery building at Red Maple Vineyard. Transportation back to hotels will be provided at midnight.
