FAQs

Question

Parking

Answer

There is limited parking at the Wagner so we recommend taking an Uber/Lyft or a local taxi.

Question

Transportation

Answer

While there is parking recommend taking an Uber or Taxi and avoid driving if you are not familiar with the area as the roads are not well lit. Uber is available on the Cape. https://www.uber.com/us/en/ride/ Cape Cab Taxi http://www.capecabtaxi.com/ They have vans and cars. If you are staying at a motel/hotel the front desk will also be able to call a taxi for you.

Question

Traffic

Answer

Yesssss it is Cape Cod mid summer - there WILL be traffic. Please plan for it. Leaving at an off peak time is best.

Question

Sharks

Answer

As we all have seen in the news the Great Whites are the new locals in town on the Cape. Swimming is still allowed - we both still swim all the time in the summer. If you see a seal just leave it alone - the sharks aren't going for people - they are going for the seals. If you are interested in the sharks check out Atlantic White Shark Conservancy's website- or location in Chatham. They also have a sharktivity app available for download where you can track the tagged sharks- its pretty fascinating. (Insider note - Keith took the Atlantic Shark Team out to set up their shark buoys last year!! )

Question

Outside or In?

Answer

Ceremony is on the side lawn and reception is under a tent next to Hawes Pond - all on the Wagner property. So ladies...beware the ground is grass - chose your shoes wisely :)

Question

Children

Answer

While we love your little ones this is an adults-only wedding.
