Mel is the sister Jess never had! The word 'friend' just doesn't cut it with these two. They have been through thick and thin, have done many 'firsts' together, and have grown up being the first person they each call when something of significance has happened in their lives. Mel is Jess's soul sister - an irreplaceable person who is by your side throughout all of life's drama no matter what their own troubles are, a person who accepts your weirdness and loves you anyway, someone who laughs and cries with you. Everyone should be so lucky as to have someone like Mel in their lives. She has been Jess's support, her rock and her guide and no matter what, they will be by each other's side through the sunshine and every stormy sea. Their friendship was simply fate, and they are thrilled to have both been able to be by the other's side on their wedding day!
Lucy

Lucy and Jess have joked about being a part of each others weddings for many years! And that day has finally arrived. They have been friends for over 10 years and boy do they have some stories! Some of Jess's favourite memories have had Lucy right by her side... from rodeos and races to numerous parties and their obsession with the ponies, this friendship is destined to last the ages and be one epic tale to tell the kids one day! Lucy and Jess travelled around the US and Canada together for a trip of a lifetime, trained polo ponies' side by side, shared their love of horses through working together at Yarrabin and starting an Australian Stock Horse Stud. Just their general banter on a day-to-day basis provides many joyous times and there was never any doubt that Jess could walk down the aisle without Lucy by her side.
Izzy

How do you even begin to describe the bond between Jess and Izzy... Their friendship goes back many years and has grown in to one that neither could live without! Izzy is the wild to Jess's calm, the milk to her cookie, the wine to her cheese. They laugh at the dumbest things together, put up with each others best (and worst) moods, go along with the craziest ideas, support each other through all life's obstacles, and ultimately, that's what makes them the most amazing friends! Theirs is the friendship that many people dream of, the drop everything and run kind of friends, the partners in crime, the all or nothing sidekicks, and the go-to holiday buddy! There is nothing these two wouldn't do for each other, or with each other! They've laughed together, cried together, and now they get to walk down the aisle together.
Leah

Jess has known Leah for most of her life, in fact their mothers are also close friends! Born only 4 days apart, they were destined to grow up together and form a lifelong friendship. Now don’t get us wrong, knowing someone for that long is bound to see some challenges arise along the way but something has always brought them back together and their connection seems to grow stronger as they get older – much like a good bottle of wine! They have seen each other through school, their first jobs, their first loves, their first heartbreaks, and now they get to watch each other share their lives with their best friends. Jess was one of Leah’s bridesmaids, and there is something so special about being alongside your friend when they get married, so it seems fitting that this next chapter see’s Leah walk down the aisle with Jess in the white dress this time!
Gav
Best Man
Gav is one of Jonny’s oldest friends, they attended school together, lived together, and chased women together! These two have been a part of each other’s lives for so many years that they have truly been able to witness one another grow up into the men they are today. With regular 6am phone calls, there isn’t anything Jonny and Gav don’t talk about (and yes, I mean anything!). Even with their busy lives, and although they don’t get to see each other in person as often as they would like, it doesn’t matter how much time has passed, the bond between this friendship has lasted the test of time and it was a no brainer that Gav would stand next to Jonny on his wedding day as his best man.
Bob
Groomsman
Bob was one of Jonny’s first mates when he moved to Cassilis. With their shared love of machines and the sound of diesel burning, it was inevitable that these two would have a lot in common and instantly become close. Bob is one of those blokes everyone needs in their life, he is always keen to have a yarn, is easy to laugh with, enjoys a few jokes, and there for you when you need him. There have been times that Jonny has gone down to the pub ‘for one or two beers’ only to come home hours later claiming it was Bob's fault, but I think we all know who the real troublemaker is! When Jonny was considering who to ask to be alongside him on his big day, Bob was an easy choice!
John
Groomsman
Although it hasn’t been a long friendship, these two hit it off straight away. John is one of Jess’s best friends partners so when they all started catching up, there was no denying that ‘The John’s’ were bound to become good mates. Sinking beers and spinning yarns from day one. Then after an epic road trip around Australia with Jess and Izzy it was clear that the beers will never run dry when these two are together. They both share a love of fishing and with regular phone calls sometimes the girls realise that their men talk more often than they do! It has been a memorable few years’ worth of friendship so there was no doubt Jonny had to have his fellow John up with him on this special day.
Ty
Groomsman
Jonny knew of Ty as one of the young kids in the Cassilis area but when they started working together on the property these two jokesters were inseparable. Although Jonny is a big kid most of the time, Ty truly brings out his inner child. You can find them sharing stories down at the pub, welding bits and bobs in the Munmurra shed, or dreaming up adventures to do together. Ty became part of the family when he moved into the little cottage here at Munmurra, Jess soon realised that for that time they were a package deal, sharing dinners, beers and even nicknames for her! They have worked together, got buggies bogged together, and now they will stand together as Jonny and Jess say I do.
