How do we share our photos of the day with the Bride and Groom?

What food will be served for dinner?

Answer

Entrees - Chicken Supreme & Roast Beef Sides - Garden Salad (Ranch & Italian Dressing), Mac n' Cheese, Twice Baked Potato Casserole, & a variety of dinner rolls Desserts - Strawberry, Vanilla, and Chocolate Cake with Buttercream Frosting

Is there a color scheme that one should wear to the event?

Answer

We are not requiring guests to wear a certain color scheme, but if there is anyone who wishes to do so, the preferred coordinating colors would be lighter earth tones and lighter shades of purple/lavender.

Can we bring outside food or beverages?

Answer

No, please do not bring any outside food or beverages (alcoholic or not). There will be a full service cash bar (complimentary beer, wine, and soda) along with a meal served during the event.

Is the event handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes. Although there are stairs to the main entrance, there is a nearby lift for anyone who would need to use it. Once inside the venue the entire floor of events is on the same level surface.

Are children allowed at the event?

Answer

Yes!! We welcome all ages to this celebration. There will be a few unattended staircases located at the event building. We ask that anyone outside of the wedding party do not use any of the staircases that lead to other floors of the venue as they are not meant for guests and could be dangerous for small children.
