Why did we elope?

Answer

We always knew that if we were to make things official, it would be a private destination wedding. When we got the opportunity to tie the knot in a place that was so beautiful and special to Alex, we couldn't pass it up.

Where was the ceremony?

Answer

We said our vows on the tail fin of the Battleship Missouri in Pearl Harbor, Honolulu, Hawaii. Alex is working on a museum exhibit opening on the ship in September.
