One of our favorite local outings is a visit to the zoo. We make it a tradition to go at least once every year! While there are plenty of treats and refreshments available for purchase, we especially enjoy packing a picnic and relaxing in the spacious grassy areas throughout the park. One of our favorite stops is Neko Neko, where we both love the ube ice cream topped with sweetened condensed milk. Jesus usually adds Oreo crumbles, while Jessalyn can't resist Fruity Pebbles. If you're looking for a fun place to sample local flavors, Sawmill Market is definitely worth a visit!
