Before the big day arrives, we wanted to answer a few common questions to help make your celebration with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you don't find the answer you're looking for, please feel free to reach out!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We've included our recommended hotel accommodations under the Travel tab of our website.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate the children who are specifically named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

When should I R.S.V.P. by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you respond by January 9th. After this date, we will assume you can not make it and our final guest count will be sent to our vendors.

What happens if I miss the R.S.V.P. deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to venue requirements and final guest count deadlines, we will not be able to accommodate guests who do not RSVP by the requested date. We would love to celebrate with you, so please be sure to submit your RSVP as soon as possible. Even if you do not plan on attending, we kindly ask that you let us know so we can finalize our plans accordingly.

What if I can no longer attend?

Although we would love for you to be in attendance, we understand that life happens. In the event that you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered through Zola. Please visit the Registry tab on our website to view our registry and find gift options. For guests who prefer to give a gift card or cash gift, a card box will be available at the reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to wear cocktail attire or dressy casual attire. We want everyone to feel comfortable while helping make the day feel special. Please avoid wearing white or blush pink, as these colors are reserved for the wedding celebration. Thank you for helping us make our day memorable!

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the venue. We encourage everyone to plan ahead and travel safely.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm. We ask that everyone arrive no later than 1:45 pm so we can start on time. Earliest arrival to the venue will be 1:30pm.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony is outside but cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors.

Where should I sit?

Answer

The first row of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating.

Can I take pictures and videos?

Answer

Absolutely! We would love for you to capture special moments throughout the day. We kindly ask that you be mindful of our professional photographer and avoid stepping into aisles or blocking their view during the ceremony and key moments. If you take any photos or videos, we'd love for you to share them with us afterward!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be having a cash bar available throughout the cocktail hour and reception. The bar accepts both cash and credit/debit cards for your convenience.

What time does the reception end?

We will be making our exit at 10pm and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.
