Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We would love for our wedding to be a night off for you to kick back and let loose! Invitations will be addressed including children for family, as well as friends traveling from out of state. If you are unsure, you can check by typing your name into the RSVP page which will bring up all other invited members in your party. If you are unable to attend due to lack of a babysitter though, please reach out when you RSVP to allow us to include your children.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there is not a strict dress code, semi-formal or business casual would be appreciated. Please be aware the ceremony will be outdoors and there will be outdoor activities throughout the night so be prepared for weather and dress comfortably in case of cooler temperatures.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at Treasure Island Resort and Casino. Please see the travel and accommodations page for more details about booking. We have also listed nearby hotels or feel free to explore AirBnB options.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

We have a shuttle service set up through Minnesota Coaches to run between Treasure Island and the wedding venue. It will pickup and drop off at the Casino entrance. The shuttle will be making trips every 30 mins before the wedding (2:30, 3:00 and final shuttle leaving Treasure Island at 3:30pm) and then every hour to bring guests back to the hotel starting at 8pm. The shuttle will be free for guests. Please consider this option if you plan to take advantage of the bar service, or other options such as a cab or Uber. At this time, masks and social distancing will be required when using the shuttle.

Can I bring a date?

Current state COVID regulations limit the amount of guests that can attend. To ensure that all of our close friends and family can come, we are not adding plus ones at this time. When you RSVP, all invited members of your party will be listed. We will reach out to you directly if there are any changes to your RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

What precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Answer

While there is no longer a state-mandated restriction on guest count or social distancing, wearing a mask inside the venue is optional and we ask that you still use hand sanitizer and wash your hands frequently! The Bride and Groom will have been fully vaccinated and immunized by June 12th. But as much as we would love to have everyone attend, please stay home if you are not feeling well or have come in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
