Travel from Calgary to Banff

The drive from Calgary International Airport to Banff takes approximately 90 minutes. Rental cars are available for pick-up either at the airport or in Banff. Alternatively, we frequently utilize one of the shuttle services listed below for transportation between Calgary and Banff (and vice versa). These shuttles require a reservation but operate regularly, offering drop-off service at most hotels in downtown Banff and Calgary International Airport. We highly recommend booking transportation in advance. Getting Around Banff

While Banff doesn't have Uber, they do have a good public transit system, shuttles, or 24/7 taxi services! Roam Transit: https://apps.apple.com/app/id1163625818 Download the Token Transit in the app store to navigate around Banff on the Roam Bus system! The Roam busses will get you around town and to some of the top attractions, including the Banff Gondola, Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, and Lake Louise. Downtown Banff Hotel Recommendations

We recommend staying in downtown Banff so you're central to the Banff Springs Hotel, restaurants, coffee shops etc. We will have shuttles day of the wedding picking up and dropping guests off at our recommended hotels below. Anything past the Elk + Avenue Hotel is a 10+ minute walk from central downtown.
