Please RSVP by August 1st.
The ceremony will start at 3:00 PM! We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to get comfortable, find your seat, and enjoy the atmosphere before we begin.
The dress code is Black Tie Optional—whether you choose to go all out with a tuxedo or evening gown, or keep it stylish with a dark suit or cocktail dress, we want you to feel your best. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly. We recommend bringing a jacket in case the weather turns chilly, as we’ll be celebrating in the fresh air. After the ceremony, the reception will move indoors for the rest of the evening.
While the Fairmont doesn't have hotel blocks for weddings, our guests receive a 30% discount to stay at the hotel! Please use the link below and ensure there is a red banner that says special rate. The hotel rate will change based on availability. If you're having any issues with the link please text us and we will email it to you! If not staying at the Fairmont, check out the travel tab for other hotel recommendations!
We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend the celebration. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name will appear on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our nephews. We kindly request that you arrange for childcare so you can fully enjoy the evening with us. For your convenience, The Fairmont recommends Childcare Banff, a trusted babysitting service, for any children joining you during your trip to Banff. October in Banff offers stunning fall colors and crisp, cool air. Daytime temperatures typically range from 40°F to 50°F, but evenings can get quite chilly, sometimes dropping below freezing. While we’ll have blankets available at the ceremony, we recommend bringing a warm jacket or sweater to stay cozy in the evening! We will be moving inside after the ceremony.
