East 6th is one of the best places to explore around Austin. This area has a fun funky vibe with plenty of bars, food trucks, shopping, and breweries. Our favorite spot, Shangri-La, a tiki-style dive bar has a surprisingly cool cocktail speakeasy accessible from the back patio. On the other side of East 6th, there's Zilker Brewing which has a great selection of beers.
