What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The winery will be open all day, so you are more than welcome to come early and enjoy the venue. However, with a ceremony start time of 5:30 pm, we ask that everyone is seated by 5:15 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is not a dress code, however it will be a semi formal event. Feel free to dress your best!

Can I bring a date?

If you are invited to bring a guest, that will be specified on your formal invitation.

Outside of ring bearers during the ceremony, we are having an adults only event!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is plenty of free parking at the venue!

Will any transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service from our host hotel, Running Aces, to our venue, Winehaven, at approximately: 3:45 PM and 4:45 PM. There will be a shuttle service from our venue, Winehaven, to our host hotel, Running Aces 4 different times in the night which the DJ will announce. These shuttles will be provided at no cost to you. Vehicles can stay at the venue overnight, but will the gates will be locked and they will not be able to accessed from 1:00 AM- 8:00 AM. There are not ubers that are accessible and taxis are hard to come by so please plan accordingly!

What about covid-19?

Answer

The ceremony, unless extremely cold or raining, will be held outside to limit exposures. While inside the venue, masks and hand sanitizer will be readily available. PLEASE do what makes you feel the most comfortable!
