Tyler is Jeseli’s first ever best friend from their hometown of Weslaco, TX. Tyler and Jeseli had the same babysitter when they were babies and have stayed close ever since. Jeseli’s mom even used to surprise Jeseli with visits from Tyler when they were in elementary school! Jeseli also blames Tyler for knowing too much about pageantry (a world she never thought she would support until Tyler’s pageant years). Jeseli and Tyler moved away from Weslaco after college but have always stayed in touch through each chapter of their lives. Whenever they visit each other it’s like watching an episode of Gilmore Girls with their fast dialogue and random references. Even though Tyler and Jeseli are one year apart, they like to say their friendship is forever “womb to tomb”. (Or cradle to grave). Jeseli couldn’t think of anyone better than Tyler to be the officiant at her wedding.
Sun Seo
Bridesman
Jeseli met Sun during their first year of school at the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy in 2011. (Fun fact: Jeseli was actually very scared of talking to Sun because of Sun’s intimidating personality.) Jeseli had to interview Sun for their professional fraternity organization during their first semester, and it’s safe to say that this interview was the start of a very beautiful friendship. Jeseli and Sun bonded through their long trips to the Rio Grande Valley during school breaks, blackberry phones, and humor that no one else seemed to understand. (Another fun fact: Sun was trying to coordinate Krystal and Jeseli’s engagement rings separately in secret since her cousin-in-law was their gemologist. Sun considers this time one of the most stressful times of her life). Jeseli and Sun have had a rollercoaster of a friendship over the past 11 years and Jeseli considers Sun the sister she never had. Choosing Sun to be Jeseli’s bridesman was a no-brainer, especially since Krystal’s brother will be her bridesman.
Marc Limsiaco
Man of Honor
Krystal was just 5 years old when her life was forever changed on December 21, 1993. On that fateful day, she lost her beloved title of the youngest Limsiaco to a babbling baby boy named Marc, who would ultimately steal most of Krystal's spotlight and all of her patience along with it. In their youth, Krystal and Marc initially proved to be each other's arch nemeses; always fighting "like cats and dogs" as Mom would say. However, thankfully and much to the whole family's surprise, time and maturity would help the two youngest Limsiaco siblings go from rivals to finally becoming best friends! Krystal didn't have to think twice when it came to choosing her brother as 'Man of Honor' and she is grateful to have him standing next to her on the big day!
Nick & Nick Jr. Bumacod
Ring Bearer II & Flower Boy
Nick is Krystal’s first cousin and Nick’s wife Glo is the one who played matchmaker for Jeseli and Krystal. If it wasn’t for Nick, Jeseli and Krystal may have never met!
Mila Flores
Flower Girl
Mila is Jeseli’s Goddaughter. Mila’s mom (Lilly) grew up with Jeseli in Weslaco, TX and Lilly’s mom is Jeseli’s Godmother. Jeseli and Krystal babysit Mila whenever they can and like to say Mila is the calmest baby ever! Mila is still learning to walk, so hopefully she can walk to Ninang Jes & Ninang Krystal on their wedding day!
Luca Limsiaco
Flower Boy
Luca is Krystal’s nephew and we are so happy to include him in our wedding. Krystal and Jeseli love reading bedtime stories and dancing with Luca. Jeseli and Krystal will only dance to Taylor Swift with Luca.
Oliver Limsiaco
Ring Bearer
Oliver is Jeseli and Krystal’s pride and joy. You can say he’s very spoiled by his moms and he was also part of Jeseli’s engagement to Krystal. It’s only appropriate that he be included in the wedding as well.
