ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please respect our decision to have an adult only wedding reception. If you are an out-of-town-guest with concerns, please email us at Jerviswedding18@gmail.com

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list within our venue's limit, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us at Jerviswedding18@gmail.com with any questions.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

ARE THERE ANY COLORS YOU WOULD PREFER ME NOT TO WEAR?

Answer

If possible, please refrain from wearing blush pinks, white, ivory, cream.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m. on June 24th. We kindly ask guests to arrive 25-30 minutes early.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND/OR POST PHOTOS OF YOUR WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

During the ceremony, please be prepared for an unplugged wedding experience. The bride and groom respectfully ask that everyone be prepared to turn off all electronic devices and refrain from taking pictures or video throughout the ceremony. Once the ceremony has finished, please feel free to begin capturing moments from our special day on your devices.

DO I HAVE TO RSVP?

Answer

Yes. An RSVP is required for every guest. It is essential in planning the seating and meals for the reception. If we do not receive a digital RSVP from you, we will not have a seat available for you at our reception. Thanks in advance for understanding by reserving your seat ahead of time.

IS THE WEDDING TAKING PLACE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

Our ceremony will be taking place beneath a covered patio on the Heatherwoode property followed by an outdoor Cocktail hour on a covered deck. Reception will be indoors and doors will be unlocked during cocktail hour for anyone needing to seek the comforts of air conditioning or looking to quench their thirst at the bar.

WILL PARKING BE AVAILABLE?

Answer

Yes. but please be advised while Heatherwoode has a large lot, it is a public golf course and will be in operation during the time of our ceremony, if lot begins to fill, parking along the streets is recommended and shuttle service via golf carts will be available.

WHAT IF I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION?

Answer

If you have a dietary restriction such as a gluten allergy, meat restriction or fish allergy, please indicate on your RSVP.

WILL THERE BE DANCING AND ENTERTAINMENT?

Answer

Um, is there a sun and moon? LOL. Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your tush off. If you have any song requests please provide them ahead of time as we would love for you to share your favorite tunes.

DO THE BRIDE AND GROOM HAVE A REGISTRY?

Answer

Yes. bride and groom have a registry attached to this website for both Zola, Amazon and Target.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

Reception is scheduled to conclude at 10:30. While we understand some guests may not be able to party with us till the very end, we are hopefull that you will stay as long as you can and join in our sparkler send-off toward the end of our evening.

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?

Answer

Yes and No. We will provide our guests with open-bar style beer and wine throughout our wedding celebration. While hard liquor and mixed-drink options will be available, all liquor sales are at the discretion and responsibility of the guest. *Plese be respectful of our decision to provide our guests with beer and wine while offering the option for guests to purchase their own mixed drinks.
