This love story began in Centerville, Ohio, back in the Summer of 2011. Ariana took a job at a local hardware store where she met Thomas. Thomas, who also took a position with no intentions of living so far from home for longer than a season, had little idea that his whole life was about to change. While their first face to face interaction was anything but enchanting, (Thomas’s accent proved too thick for Ariana to decipher, so much so, they got quite frustrated with one another to the point Thomas stormed off when Ariana continuously asked him to repeat himself.) While Understanding Thomas’s British/Northern Irish accent proved problematic at first, they frequently found themselves in the same place at the same time as though fate was pushing them closer. After a formal introduction from a mutual friend and several casual nights out with friends, Ariana found the (liquid)courage to express her feelings. After discovering a mutual love of travel, Indian food, the outdoors, and most importantly, each other, and following the longest first date of the century, the rest is history! Seven years’ worth of memories later and they've hiked the basalt columns of Northern Ireland, biked through central park and introduced a rescue dog to their family. On the eve of 2016, surrounded by their closest friends, Thomas finally popped the question in the very spot where their first date began, and of course Ariana said yes! After A two-year engagement and two bachelor’s degrees earned, the happy couple can’t wait for this exciting new chapter to begin!

Their first date was nothing short of surreal. After a little misunderstanding on where to meet, they finally began what turned out to be at least half a dozen dates in one. They were having such a good time and enjoying each other's company so well, Tom just kept coming up with more places to take the girl he was falling for. Ariana remembers thinking to herself the following day, " I am going to marry this man one day."

On New Year's Eve, as the clock counted down and everyone was gearing up to ring in 2016, Thomas surprised Ariana and five of their closest friends when he got down on one knee in the middle of the countdown and asked Ariana to be his wife. Complete with a note attached to their sweet Tucker's collar, he managed to catch Ariana completely off guard in the best possible way!

The Happy Couple cannot wait to start the next chapter of their lives together and would love nothing more than your attendance to help them celebrate.
