Jake Kockler
Best Man
Brother of the Groom, father of ring security bearers, Jackson and Tyler. Jake was always Jared's main guy growing up. We did everything together. Whenever either of us got home from, school, activities, or hanging with friends it was always "Where is Jerry?" or "Where's Jake at?" To this day Jake is still one of Jared's most cherished "friends" and he always loves spending time with him and his young boys. From being a package deal in the Little League baseball draft to many future rounds of golf with him and his boys, Jake is one of Jared's most cherished people. I'll always remember things like pretending to be Sammy Sosa and Ken Griffey Jr. and hitting gravel rocks over the railroad tracks or building sand turtles in our sandbox.
Savannah Vold
Maid of Honor
Savannah is a longtime childhood friend of the Bride since grade 2. Savannah and Tonna used to be up to no good, waiting until their grade school teacher was not looking to steal all the bunny, cat and dog stickers from the reward bin. Savannah and Tonna share December birthdays and have had a blast celebrating milestones as a blonde and brunette duo. Thank goodness those early 20’s hometown bar days are over..;) Savannah prioritizes weekly phone calls with the bride to stay connected and has provided the bride with some of the best dating advice and has contributed to this engagement herself! Savannah is a girls wrestling coach and a proud cat mom of her son, Arlo. Thick as thieves, Savannah and Tonna have remained close friends through the years. Also, she is a complimentary Sagittarius to the bride’s Capricorn star sign, making their friendship undeniably cosmic!
Andy Kockler
Groomsman
Andy is Jared's eldest brother and one of his greatest friends. As Jared got older Andy became a role model for me and someone who truly understood his humor and what made him laugh. Jared will always cherish him letting me play SEGA and LOTR alongside him and including him in things even though he was the "younger brother." Jared's favorite times with Andy were simple. He loved being able to work alongside him building homes in the summer and he was always my biggest fan in cheering on Jared and his friends playing high school baseball. The best times to Jared were taking trips to hike mountains in Colorado or just simply hanging around in our shared room when he was home from college.
Kenna Drea
Maid of Honor
Kenna and Tonna were assigned as ‘Big and Little’ in their college sorority, Delta Zeta at Iowa State University. After their initial coffee date, Kenna and Tonna were attached at the hip, sharing a shoebox sized room during the COVID 19 pandemic in an empty sorority mansion with their sisters. Kenna and Tonna cherish their moments gallivanting through their college years, working cleaning shifts for Kenna’s parents for bar cash, sharing wardrobes and ultimately becoming sisters. Kenna is passionate about her sweet pup Murphy, is driven in her sense of independence and has been a rock for the bride in more than 1 chapter of their connected years, always demanding greatness and prosperity for the bride. Kenna is also a Sagittarius star sign, in compliments of the bride’s Capricorn, making their friendship one meant to be, supported by the stars.
Josh Reuter
Groomsman
Josh is Jared's brother-in-law but truly has been more of a brother to him in recent years. He is the most fantastic husband Jared's favorite sister, Amanda, and an incredible father to Myla and Cal. It took a fews years of getting to know each other before he became one of Jared's best friends and sturdiest role models. Over the years they've enjoyed multiple trips to Arrowhead Stadium to watch Patrick Mahomes and enjoying cold beverages. Josh has been an incredible role model over the years and has always made an effort to include Jared and hear what he has to say. He has truly been someone Jared has looked up to and tried to emulate as a man, especially recently.
Amanda Reuter
Matron of Honor
Amanda is the only sister of the Groom, eldest child of the Kockler kids. She is a role model for both Tonna and Jared, often an example they both refer back to in faith, wisdom and kindness. Amanda is an amazing mother to the flower girl, Myla, and ring security member, Cal. She remains the calming and supportive presence for the bride and the groom.
Bryson Hamilton
Groomsman
Bryson is one of Jared's longest-tenured and best friends. They first met each other in Mrs. Wiegmann's 3rd grade class. It was during story time and Bryson was picking the fabric off his shoes and not paying attention. Jared also was not paying much attention, except to Bryson going to work on his shoes, and without hesitation or introducing himself, he joined right along in picking and we became best buds ever since! Over the years they spent countless hours riding bikes around town, taking turns playing PS4, and doing whatever they felt like doing on any given day. It's never mattered the activity, but just that they were together making memories. Bryson has always been a calming presence and a true friend. Even after years apart during college and not always seeing each other often, we still always come back to good times and enjoying each other's company. He has always been a great role model and even more so now that he's become a wonderful father to his young boy.
Alyssa Vicary

Alyssa is a longtime college friend of the bride, meeting each other through their sorority, Delta Zeta. During the COVID 19 pandemic, Alyssa and Tonna were 2 of the 15ish women that elected to live in the DZ house. (There were normally 50-60 girls living in the house) Alyssa and the bride naturally got close in that large mansion and weird year! Alyssa has the most infectious giggle, is extremely hardworking and is an aspiring social media personality. Alyssa and Tonna love to get their a$$es kicked in hot yoga and sculpt classes for fun, and keep each other going through life’s celebrations and chapters.
Luke Schiller
Groomsman
Luke and Jared met in grade school as young boys. As the years went by, Luke became one of his closest friends throughout middle school, and especially into high school as they were a part of the same ball teams. Some of Jared's most cherished memories with Luke were joking around on bus rides and during practice for basketball games, tennis meets, and baseball trips. He always knew how to make Jared laugh and cheer him up. Over the years as Luke and Jared completed schooling, it wasn't always easy making time to see each other, but it didn't matter as they'd pick up right where they left of as best buds in school - a testimate to great friendship. Luke is an incredible role model to Jared as he is very driven and an incredibly hard worker.
Sydnee Miller

Sydnee and Tonna ironically met on Facebook with the purpose of finding roommates at University of Iowa. This unity between the bride and her 2 roomies at UI erupted into an intertwined connection between the her and their 3rd counterpart, Hannah! Sydnee is a fearless, adventurous woman, with a vibrant lifestyle supported by a good latte, travel miles, and a stellar motivation to attend music festivals (specifically John Summit). Tonna remembers this spontaneously binding union fondly and would like Syd and Hannah to know that they were the greatest gift during that year of change and finding herself with them by her side. Sydnee has always been there for the bride, dropping everything for a phone call even with the current 606 miles between them.
Carson Farmer

Carson and Jared met as young boys in grade school. Even from a young age, Jared remembers Carson being an incredible friend and even role model. Carson was always lapping Jared in school work and making him feel like he needed to step it up a gear! Over the years, some of Jared's fondest memories with Carson were riding to and attending friday night football games, riding bikes around town, or playing tennis ball in his backyard. Even as Jared and Carson got older and went through college, they always were able to catch up and enjoy each other's company like old times, often hanging out on weekends home with a few beverages and playing FIFA. Carson has always been a true role model for Jared and continues to be as a wonderful husband and father.
Hannah Kramer

Hannah and Tonna met on Facebook looking for roommates at University of Iowa. This meeting may as well have been organic with the instantaneous connection between them and their 3rd counterpart, Sydnee! Hannah is a completely selfless, determined and loving girl, the first person to share from her large selection body sprays, air mattress and advice. Hannah is an inspiration of strength and generosity, always lending an ear and the first to offer to ‘fight someone’ for the bride. Tonna remembers this spontaneously binding union fondly and would like Syd and Hannah to know that they were the greatest gift during that year of change and finding herself with them by her side.
