When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request you to wait to RSVP until formal invitations go out. This is to ensure that any and all guest information is current. Formal date to RSVP by will be announced as we get closer to the date.

Can I bring a guest/plus one?

Answer

We would love to include everyone, but we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, the number of reserved seats designated to your party is noted in the RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes, family of groom and bride only. They will be noted in the RSVP. Please note that there will be an open bar, so the ultimate decision will be up to their parent(s).

Where should I stay?

Answer

The venue is about 2 hours drive from both NoVA and Roanoke. If you would like to stay near property, some recommendations are listed on this website under “Travel.” We highly recommend staying in one of the cabins or lodges at Lydia Mountain. Other options include, but not limited to: Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Northern VA near Dulles and Reagan Airports, and Roanoke near Roanoke Regional Airport.

Dulles International, Reagan National, Roanoke Regional. Venue is about 2 hours drive away from the airports.
