Dress Code: We kindly ask guests to dress in elevated attire. Tuxes, suits, gowns, dressy jumpsuits, and cocktail dresses are all welcome. Out of respect for the bride, please refrain from wearing white, cream, ivory, or soft neutral tones that could be mistaken for white.
Event Seating Instructions: Just like we are joining together, we invite you to take a seat anywhere on any side that is not reserved.
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Unplugged Ceremony Notice: Dear Guests, We kindly request that during our ceremony, there be no pictures, video or phones out. This will allow our photographers and videographer to capture this moment beautifully. There will be a designated time for everyone to use their phones after the ceremony, but we ask for 100% phone-free during this special moment. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for being part of this intimate experience with us.
Cocktail Hour & Wedding Party Photos
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
After the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy a relaxing cocktail hour filled with great company. While the wedding party captures their special moments, this is the perfect time for you to snap a few of your own! Feel free to share your memories on social media using our hashtags: #ToastToTheTownsend, #TheTownsends, and #TyingTheTownsends Enjoy sharing your moments. We can’t wait to see the love through your lens!
Toasts & First Dances
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
As we begin this evening of love and celebration, please find your seat and get ready for some beautiful moments. We’ll share a few words, a few laughs, and maybe even a few happy tears. Loved ones will raise their glasses with heartfelt toasts, followed by the couple’s first dances special moments that mark the beginning of this new chapter with love and grace. Please ensure children are seated and that you are not blocking the photographers or videographers. We want to give them priority to capture the best angles of these once-in-a-lifetime moments.
Dinner
7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Once our opening celebrations have wrapped up, dinner will be served. Relax, connect, and enjoy a delicious meal surrounded by love, laughter, and joy as the evening continues to unfold. Raise a glass, savor the moment, and enjoy the night!
Celebration
8:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Once the formal festivities wrap up, get ready for a full vibe shift! The celebration begins think louder music, low lights, and high energy. Hit the dance floor, let loose, and help us close out the night with nothing but good vibes, great memories, and a whole lot of fun!
Sparklers & Firework Show
10:00 pm - 10:30 pm
We’ll end the night by lighting up the sky with a breathtaking fireworks show. Our special way of saying thank you for being part of this magical day. Get your sparklers ready and your cameras out… this is a moment you’ll never forget!
