We really do love your kiddos, but unfortunately we can only accommodate children of the bridal party and immediate family. Enjoy a night off! Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions/concerns or need sitter recommendation. We sincerely hope this doesn't prevent you from joining us on our big day!
September is the end of summer in Tahoe and can be chilly in the evenings. Snow is very rare this time of year, but it has happened! Be sure to bring layers just in case!
The venue and accommodations are situated at roughly 6,500 ft in elevation. This means that there is less oxygen in the air that we breathe and our bodies are working harder. Why does this matter? It often takes a few days to acclimate to the altitude and you may feel more fatigued than usual. It is VERY important to stay hydrated, use sunscreen, and pace yourself when drinking!
We are requesting cocktail attire for the event, but please be comfortable and bring layers in case it gets chilly! Ladies- wedges, flats or thick heels are highly recommended given the venue terrain.
Carpooling and drop-offs are highly encouraged, but there is also plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Please do not park in front of the residence, which will be marked accordingly. Whatever you do, do not leave food/food wrappers in your cars while in Tahoe or you might receive a visit from a local bear!
