Buying a house and getting married in the same year, that’s crazy. Especially for two people who have worked in community service-oriented jobs and for not-for-profits their entire adult lives with little to no pay and took out loans to attend masters programs. Liberty spent more than 48 months in her twenties as a full-time volunteer, with no income, dedicating her time and talents to supporting children and families in need in various Low-/mid-income countries. We are grateful to our friends and family who have helped us through the years leading up to this moment. We are excited to make this shift into a new home, new marriage, and (eventually) a financially stable life. We hope to start down a path that will make it possible to one day pay it forward and support others as we've been supported.
