Jeremy and Kendal met on the very first day of seventh grade, two thirteen-year-olds with no idea they were about to meet the person they’d spend the rest of their lives with. Kendal definitely made the first move (some things never change), and while Jeremy took a minute to officially catch up, he asked her out on her 13th birthday. What started as middle school puppy love somehow turned into growing up side by side, surviving long distance, and choosing each other through every new season of life. They learned how to grow up without growing apart. Their relationship has always been built on friendship first.
