Hannah and Jeremy met at the very end of their senior year of high school, officially becoming a couple on May 11, 2018 when Jeremy asked Hannah to be his girlfriend at prom. While surely, many would advise against beginning a relationship a few months before going off to college, the thought that this could be considered “risky” simply didn’t cross either of their minds - it just felt right, and that’s what mattered. That August, they both headed to College Station, Texas for school. Freshman year consisted of late night ramen, splurging on a 6-month-anniversary date at Olive Garden, Jeremy going to his first ever Aggie football game with Hannah, and lots and lots of learning how to “adult” right alongside each other - of course failing many times along the way. The next four years were full of the typical college challenges - stressing over internships, trying to build a resume, crazy part-time jobs, Hannah having a mental breakdown after almost making a B in “Dance Appreciation”, COVID-19 splitting their college years in half, and figuring out the age old question - what did they want to be when they grew up. Only one thing remained a comforting constant - they always had each other. In January 2023, Hannah and Jeremy took the next big step in their relationship and moved into an apartment together in the heart of Houston. They navigated post-grad life together, started their first full-time jobs, figured out how a 401k worked, decided that Hannah cooks and Jeremy cleans, and have made their apartment a home they’ve grown to absolutely adore. They’ve made the most out of living in the food capital of the country, establishing a perfect record of breaking the monthly “eating-out budget” (with 0 regrets). In April 2024, things took an exciting turn when Jeremy took Hannah on a date to look at engagement rings. 8 months later, at Hermann Park on December 20, 2024, Jeremy got down on one knee and asked Hannah to marry him, completely surprising the most un-surprisable person in the world. It was the most beautiful, perfect day - 60 degrees and sunny, and full of joy, giggles, bubbles, tears, Christmas lights, sparkles, and loved ones. Now, October 10, 2026 is quickly approaching, where “forever” will become official. Hannah and Jeremy are SO excited to celebrate with all of their favorite people, and absolutely cannot wait for this next beautiful chapter of life to begin.
