Entering Details and Timed Entry
Entering RMNP involves waiting in line at the entrance to the park. Even with timed entry, we recommend being in line by 10:30. We have a limited number of wedding permits that can be used as timed entry tickets, and a limited number of cars that can be parked at the ceremony site, so there will be some carpooling organization. If you are planning on entering the park with others that are unable to attend the ceremony due to the size restrictions, and you're thinking you'd prefer not to carpool in the limited cars, we'd like to recommend you get a timed entry pass. You will need the 10AM (or earlier) entry pass for "Timed Entry + Bear Lake Road", which will go on sale on July 1st at 8AM MDT. Moraine Park Discovery Center Amphitheater
The parking lot for the ceremony is located at: 3 Bear Lake Rd, Estes Park, CO 80517 You can type "Moraine Park Discovery Center" into your choice of maps apps to get to the correct location. On the upper level of the parking lot, on the opposite side of the lot compared to the Discovery Center, there is a sign for the amphitheater next to a set of stairs. We will have someone there to point you in the right direction.

WHAT ATTIRE SHOULD I WEAR? We'd love for everyone to dress nicely but appropriately for the outdoors! There is a short path up to the amphitheatre that is mostly paved but also has dirt parts. You may want to bring a change of shoes if you're going to be walking on park trails afterwards. WHAT IS THE PARKING/DRIVING SITUATION? For Moraine Park, we will be organizing vehicles more as we have a limit to the number of vehicles that can be parked in the discovery center parking lot for the ceremony. We will reach out with more details once we've gotten things organized! WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY? There is no group lunch or activity after this ceremony. We'll have a takeaway picnic lunch for everyone so you can go enjoy some of the park with your small group (see below). Thank you so much for joining for this part. We will see you again in Louisville for the Welcome Party. WILL LUNCH BE PROVIDED? A simple "to go" picnic lunch will be provided for those who want to stay in the park. More information will be provided as the date gets closer. DO WE HAVE TO PAY A PARK ENTRANCE FEE? A park entrance fee will be required for each car entering the park. If anyone in the car has a National Park pass, this will cover the entrance fee for everyone in that vehicle. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about this.
