When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 15th. If you need additional time or should something unexpected happen that results in your needing to change your RSVP, just let us know. ~~~~~~~~~~ Merci de confirmer votre présence avant le 15 juin. Si vous avez besoin de plus de temps ou si un imprévu vous oblige à modifier votre réponse, n’hésitez pas à nous en informer.

When are you officially getting married?

Answer

Our "official" ceremony will be in Rocky Mountain National Park on Saturday, August 16th. However, park regulations require us to have a very limited number of people. We would love to see everyone we can later that same day at the welcome party (see schedule for details). We will be having another ceremony on Sunday at The Simon, so that those we are unable to invite on Saturday will still see us exchange vows. The ceremony will be followed by our reception!

Can we just happen to be at your Moraine Park ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Our permit is strict and we'd like to avoid trouble with the rangers.

What airport should we fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Denver International Airport (DEN). Louisville is accessible from the airport by car, taxi, rideshare, or bus (RTD Route AB will bring you straight to Louisville, and we can help you get to your accommodation from the bus stop).
