FAQs

Questions? We’ve Got Answers
Question

May I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those whose names are listed on your invitation attend. Our venue has a limited capacity, and we want to celebrate closely with our nearest and dearest.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to keep our celebration adults-only (21+). We’re hoping to create an intimate, relaxed, and joy-filled evening for all in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

For the welcome dinner and wedding day events, think elevated island elegance. Light, breathable fabrics, semi-formal to cocktail attire, and shoes comfortable enough for sand (or to carry). Florals and soft colors are always welcome! No suit jackets necessary. For the Afterglow party in NYC, think cocktail attire. Additional description is located under the "Order of Events" section.

Question

How do I respond to my invite?

Answer

Please RSVP through our website by July 1, 2027 for all Hawaii events. You’ll be able to let us know which events you’ll attend so we can plan accordingly. More details to follow for the NYC Afterglow party with an official RSVP being collected after our Hawaii wedding.

Question

How do I know if I am invited to the beach ceremony?

Answer

Guests invited to the ceremony will receive the details in their formal invitation sent by mail. The ceremony will also be clearly listed when you RSVP, so you’ll know exactly which events you’re included in.

Question

May I attend the Hawaii and New York wedding celebrations?

Answer

Of course!

Question

Is there a registry?

Answer

Your presence is truly the greatest gift. If you’d like to bless us further, we’ve created a honeymoon fund to help launch our first adventure as newlyweds—details can be found on the “Registry” page.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

No worries! All of our events will have multiple food options, and meals will be prepared to order at the restaurants. Just let the staff know your dietary needs, and they’ll be happy to accommodate.

Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Please fly into Kahului Airport (OGG), which is the closest airport to our Maui wedding venues.

Question

What’s the weather like on Maui?

Answer

Maui is warm and tropical year-round, with daytime temperatures usually in the mid-70s to mid-80s°F (24–30°C). Evenings and mornings can be cooler, so you’ll want a light jacket or sweater. And just know, Hawaii is known as the Rainbow State for a reason—expect light showers here and there, which usually pass quickly. We still recommend comfortable shoes, a hat, and sunscreen, and don’t forget your swimsuit if you plan to enjoy optional ocean activities!

Question

Will we be able to use our phones during the ceremony?

Answer

To help everyone be fully present and to allow our photographers to capture the moment, we’ll be collecting phones and cameras prior to the ceremony. Don’t worry—you’ll get them back immediately afterward, and we’ll be sharing plenty of professional photos so no one misses a moment!

Question

Are there shuttle options for wedding events?

Answer

No shuttle service will be provided, so we recommend renting a car to get around the island and attend events with ease.

Question

Will food and drinks be provided at each event?

Answer

Yes—here’s what to expect: Welcome Dinner: One drink, appetizer, and entrée are included. Wedding Reception: Drinks and food are included for all attendees. After-Party: Food and drinks are not included; this is a casual, pay-as-you-go event. Sunset Whale Watch: Appetizers and a premium bar are included with the listed price ($135 per person). Maui Ocean Center Sleepover: Small bites are provided as part of the event. NYC Afterglow Party: Includes a pre-family dinner and a formal cocktail hour for all guests.
