How should I RSVP?
Answer
We'd love to have you celebrate with us! Please visit the RSVP page on our website or scan the QR code on the back of your invitation to submit your response. To list yourself as attending, please look up your party by last name. You can mark individuals in your party as attending or not attending by clicking the “select” button to the right of your party’s names. Some parties may be separated or grouped differently, so please ensure everyone is accounted for when submitting your RSVP. To help us finalize our plans, we kindly ask that you RSVP by November 18th. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, with a thoughtful approach. Children are welcome only if specifically invited, which will be clearly indicated on your individual invitation or within your RSVP. If you have any questions, we're happy to clarify.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
To keep our celebration intimate and budget-conscious, we're limiting plus-ones to select guests. If you are given a plus on, you will see them as "guest" or "(your name) guest" for bigger parties. If you'd like to bring a date and don't see a plus-one option on your RSVP, please reach out to us directly—we'd love to work with you to find a solution.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
It may be winter, but we’re keeping things light. Semi-formal attire, but don’t feel tied to dark or moody colors—pastels and brights are totally welcome adn encouraged. Dress to celebrate, not hibernate!

Inspired by winter pastels, our wedding colors are icy blue, earthy evergreen, periwinkle, and mauve.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving by 4:15 PM to allow plenty of time to find your seat and settle in before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Both the ceremony and reception will take place in our beautiful wedding barn, creating a seamless and intimate celebration.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
To make getting to and from the celebration easy, complimentary shuttle service will be available between The Confluence Hotel and Almquist Farm. Please also note you can keep your car parked overnight at Almquist Farm. Before the Ceremony- The shuttle will depart The Confluence Hotel promptly at 3:45 PM for our 4:30 PM ceremony. Please plan to be ready a few minutes early, as the shuttle will leave on time. After the Reception- The shuttle will make multiple trips throughout the evening, so you can head back to the hotel whenever you’re ready. The final shuttle will depart Almquist Farm at 11:00 PM, immediately following our sparkler send-off.

Will there be alcohol?

To keep our wedding expenses manageable, we'll be offering a cash bar where guests can purchase their favorite beverages. The bar will feature a selection of beer, wine, and hard liquor, allowing everyone to enjoy their preferred drinks throughout the celebration. We kindly ask our guests to not bring any personal alcohol into the venue, as this is strictly prohibited.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. Our professional photographer and videographer will beautifully capture every special moment, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day. Feel free to snap away during the reception, and we can't wait to see the memories you'll share with us!

Is there anything the morning after?
Answer
There are no formal wedding events planned for Thursday, December 31, so guests are welcome to enjoy the morning at their own pace. If you’re staying in town, Sophia and Ethan would love to see you one last time before everyone heads home. They plan to enjoy breakfast at Missi’s Sip & Savor, the restaurant at The Confluence Hotel, and would be delighted if you’d stop by to say goodbye. No reservations or RSVP are needed—just come by if your morning plans allow. We’d love one last chance to celebrate together before the next adventure begins!
