We recommend arriving by 4:15 PM to allow plenty of time to find your seat and settle in before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Both the ceremony and reception will take place in our beautiful wedding barn, creating a seamless and intimate celebration.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. Our professional photographer and videographer will beautifully capture every special moment, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day. Feel free to snap away during the reception, and we can't wait to see the memories you'll share with us!
We'd love to have you celebrate with us! Please visit the RSVP page on our website or scan the QR code on the back of your invitation to submit your response. To list yourself as attending, please look up your party by last name. You can mark individuals in your party as attending or not attending by clicking the “select” button to the right of your party’s names. Some parties may be separated or grouped differently, so please ensure everyone is accounted for when submitting your RSVP. To help us finalize our plans, we kindly ask that you RSVP by November 18th. Thank you!
Yes, with a thoughtful approach. Children are welcome only if specifically invited, which will be clearly indicated on your individual invitation or within your RSVP. If you have any questions, we're happy to clarify.
To keep our celebration intimate and budget-conscious, we're limiting plus-ones to select guests. If you are given a plus on, you will see them as "guest" or "(your name) guest" for bigger parties. If you'd like to bring a date and don't see a plus-one option on your RSVP, please reach out to us directly—we'd love to work with you to find a solution.
It may be winter, but we’re keeping things light. Semi-formal attire, but don’t feel tied to dark or moody colors—pastels and brights are totally welcome. Dress to celebrate, not hibernate!
To keep our wedding expenses manageable, we'll be offering a cash bar where guests can purchase their favorite beverages. The bar will feature a selection of beer, wine, and hard liquor, allowing everyone to enjoy their preferred drinks throughout the celebration. We kindly ask our guests to not bring any personal alcohol into the venue, as this is strictly prohibited.
Yes, we do! You'll find all the details about our hotel block on the travel page of our website.
While we won't be providing organized transportation, Almquist Farm offers ample parking for all guests. Within this parking lot, you are allowed to leave your car their overnight if you take different transportation back. We kindly ask that you plan your travel arrangements in advance and prioritize a safe method of getting to and from the venue.
