Horseback Riding
Saddle up! This is so much fun - definitely something to experience while in Arizona! Be sure to make an appointment and allow yourself plenty of time - rides typically take about 2 hours. Be sure to bring your phone to take pictures! Dress up like a cowboy or a cowgirl with their extensive collection of chaps, boots and hats galore. Yeehaw!
Hiking

It lists several great options in the area of Northern Scottsdale where you will be staying. One of our personal favorites: Pinnacle Peak! Golf
Arizona is known for having gorgeous golf courses. In April, the temperature should be perfect if you feel like getting out and playing! Check out the link which lists some of the popular courses nearby in Northern Scottsdale.

If shopping is your thing - you will not be disappointed! There are so many great places to find exactly what you are looking for! Whether it is just browsing that you are interested in OR wanting to find some unique southwest treasures, you will be sure to do so in Cave Creek and/or Carefree!
