Friday: Late Night Pre-Party Following Welcome Dinner

While the Welcome Dinner ends at 9, it doesn't mean you have to go home! For anyone who is not ready to wind down yet...join us for more fun in the middle of the action on the main level at the Buffalo Chip Saloon OR walk across the street to Harold's Cave Creek Corral for live music, cash bar and dancing with the soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. DiMercurio!

Saturday: Shuttle Service To Ceremony and Reception

For your convenience, we have made shuttle service available for transportation to & from the wedding venue. Please see the shuttle schedule below to plan accordingly for PICK UP and DROP OFF information. **THE RALLY POINT FOR DEPARTURE WILL BE CAREFREE (CIVANA) RESORT @ 37220 N Mule Train Rd, Carefree, AZ 85377.** Please plan to meet here EARLY if you wish to utilize the shuttle service for transport to the wedding. TO WEDDING: PICK UP: Carefree (CIVANA) Resort DROP OFF: Desert Foothills/Ceremony Location Departure, Guests- 1st Round Promptly at 4:30 p.m. Departure, Guests- 2nd Round Promptly at 5:00 p.m. FROM WEDDING: PICK UP: Desert Foothills/Reception Location DROP OFF: Carefree (CIVANA) Resort Departure, Guests- 1st Round: 9:00 p.m. Departure, Guests- 2nd Round: 9:30 p.m. Departure, Guests- 3rd Round: 10:00 p.m. Departure, Remaining Guests/Bridal Party: 10:30 p.m. *guests in this group may decide to make additional stops on the way back to the resort, with service until 12 a.m.

Saturday: Wedding Ceremony: Our "I DO's"

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Dressy attire is encouraged BUT be forewarned that you may kick a little dust up on those boots (or stilettos)! In fact, it's encouraged!

*The venue is on a private ranch and does not have a numerical address - the major crossroads are Scottsdale Rd. & Jomax Rd. It is located on Jomax Rd. about 1/3 mile west of Scottsdale Rd. Entrance is on the left and marked by and iron coyote statue with an arrow.* Wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. For your convenience, a shuttle service to the venue will be provided from Carefree (CIVANA) Resort, however, if you prefer to drive yourself, valet parking is available. Uber and Lyft are other options if you choose not to ride the shuttle or if the shuttle times don’t accommodate your schedule. Uber/Lyft drivers can easily drop-off and pick-up from our venue. If not riding the shuttle, be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to get to the ceremony. Desert Foothills is located approximately 5 miles south of the Cave Creek/Carefree, AZ area - it's about a 15 minute commute.
