We absolutely love Koreatown (KTown), and we especially love getting All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ with our friends. One of our absolute favorites is Moodaepo. Order yourself a beer tower and try out corn cheese. Our recommended meats include Bulgogi (a must), brisket, and thinly sliced pork belly. Room for dessert? Jenny loves Bumsan for soft serve ice cream. Please note, if you're driving, parking in KTown is notoriously tricky, but Moodaepo typically has valet parking available.
Relive our first date with a trip to Dodger Stadium! It's root, root, root for the DODGERS! If they don't win, it's a shame. For food and drinks, we recommend the Brooklyn Dogs (they're all beef), pineapple Dole whips (in the outfield at the bbq spot - then go to the bar and ask for tajin to sprinkle on it), and a big beer. You can also try some of their Japanese dishes for a one-of-a-kind ballpark eat.
One of Jenny's favorite places in Los Angeles - she's a member! It has everything - stunning art, expansive gardens, and the best high tea in the city. May is the perfect time to see the roses in bloom, and it's part of what makes their gardens so special! Make sure to book in advance, especially your high tea reservations. Please note, you still need to book tickets, even if you get a high tea reservation.
Wander around the different food stalls to get a taste of LA!
Tickets are free, but make sure to reserve your desired time. We love to see a city by exploring the art museums it has to offer, and this modern art museum is very LA!
