Can I come to the ceremony on September 5th?

Answer

You're welcome to attend virtually! We'll be livestreaming our ceremony via crowdcast. Our immediate family and bridal party will be the only ones physically attending the ceremony.

But can't we celebrate in person?

Answer

Not on September 5th. Next year we plan to have two celebrations, one in Iowa for Kaleb's family, one in PA for Jenny's. We are waiting until it is safe to travel and gather in large groups. As much as we miss you all, our first priority has to be safety.

Answer

We aren't sure yet. We'll send out new save the dates and update our website when we decide!

How do I use Crowdcast?

Answer

We'll send you a link to "register" for our wedding event closer to September 5th. You can sign up ahead of time and will receive a reminder email an hour before we go live! No need to download an app, just click the link, put in your email, name and you'll be good to go! Make sure we have your correct email address please! If you aren't sure send us a message at jennyandkaleb@gmail.com As of August 13 we are planning on using Crowdcast to stream our wedding but this may change! We'll let you know if we will be using a different platform before the wedding!

We're still thinking of ways to make our wedding day virtually interactive. We'll send you more information about this closer to the wedding.

What is this Parade thing?

Answer

On August 16th from 1:00-3:00 you're invited to drive by Jenny's parents house to celebrate our upcoming wedding! It's kinda like a wedding shower but instead of just us opening gifts, we will be giving you a wedding day goodie bag! (If you'd like to get us a gift, feel free but we're really just excited to celebrate with you!) We'll also play games and have more fun surprises!

What's in the goodie bag?

Answer

Everything you need for a wedding minus the bride and groom! Well that's Jenny's goal but due to budget and time constraints, it probably won't be quite that grand. In reality it will be some fun stuff that will help you celebrate our big day! No spoilers!

What if I don't live in central PA or I can't make it to the parade?

Answer

No worries! We ask that you do not physically attend the parade if you do not live locally or if you do not feel well. We want to make sure you and (everyone else) are safe! We will have a crowdcast livestream during the parade so you can still celebrate with us. You can sign up to be reminded about our crowdcast here: https://www.crowdcast.io/e/7cx9p41j Those unable to physically attend the parade will be mailed a goodie bag! It may not be exactly the same as the ones people picked up at the parade (we probably won't mail you any food!) but it will be sent with our love and thanks!

First of all if you're reading this before September 5, no because we aren’t married yet and that’d be weird. But even if you're reading this after September 5, Jenny will not be giving up her last name so no thank you. Please use the “Hansen-Neffs” if referring to both of us. Or Mr. and Mrs. Kaleb and Jenny Hansen-Neff. Please do not call Jenny “Mrs. Kaleb Neff” unless you also plan to call Kaleb “Mr. Jenny Hansen.” Thank you for respecting our decision!
