1:15 PM – Bus 1 pickup at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Middletown, 351 West Main Road, Middletown RI 02842 1:15 PM – Bus 2 pickup at Sonesta Select Newport Middletown, 9 Commerce Drive, Middletown RI 02842 1:15 PM – Bus 3 pickup at Quality Inn & Sonesta Select 1:30 PM – Buses arrive to St. Joseph’s Church, 79 Broadway, Newport RI 2:00 PM – Ceremony (Note: between the ceremony and bus transportation to the reception, guests are encouraged to meet up at the fifth Element bar. The Church is also walking distance to downtown if guests would like to walk around.) 3:00 PM - One of three buses will be made available to transport guests back to the Sonesta Select, Howard Johnson, or Quality Inn if guests so choose 4:30 PM – Buses 1 and 2 depart Church 4:30 PM - Bus 3 departs hotels 4:45 PM – Buses arrive to Newport Officers’ Club ~ 11:15 PM – Buses depart Newport Officers’ Club for hotels
