Yes, there is parking at both the church and on Base for the reception. Expect parking at the church to be limited. * Please note that when parking on base, you must enter through the gate and state you are here for the O’Hear/Keenan wedding and present your ID to the guard.
Yes, we will be providing transportation between the select hotels and the reception. More details to come! If you are not using the provided transportation, please be aware Uber and Lyft are NOT allowed on base. They can however, drop off and pick up from the gate and the Officers’ Club is only a short walk from Gate 1. Additionally, personally owned vehicles of those on the wedding RSVP list will be allowed to drive on base.
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Ladies should wear formal floor length gown or fancy cocktail dresses and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie, tuxedo is optional. There are no restrictions on tie, socks, suit colors, etc. All military are welcome to wear summer whites or service equivalent if desired.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. Please RSVP on time as we are required to submit our list to gate security as well as order multiple services for the wedding that we do not want to over or under order.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We have a strict guest list due to venue restrictions. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

We recommend coming onto Naval Station Newport via gate 1 via Admiral Kalfbus road (off of the rotary). The gate security will have an access list of everyone who RSVP’d to the wedding. **please have a valid form of ID ready when entering through the gate.** The Officers’ Club is to the left near the private boat docks once you enter the gate.
