The Wedding Website of Jenny Gormley and Caleb Schiff
Hi everyone! We are so excited to bring everyone we love together for a full weekend to celebrate our commitment to one another. That's right- we are hosting a wedding WEEKEND! Starting Friday, October 6th, through Monday morning, October 9th, we will host a series of fun events to spend quality time together playing outdoors! Our ceremony will be Sunday evening, October 8th, with a reception to follow. We are hosting a campout-style wedding at O'Leary Campground just east of Flagstaff, Arizona. So please camp out with us if you feel up to the adventure! More details about this are under the 'travel' tab above. There is no specific address for the campground- in Google Maps, just type in "O'Leary Campground PIF" OR in Apple Maps type in 'USFS O'Leary Group Campground" ***PLEASE RETURN TO CHECK THIS TAB, AS WE WILL BE UPDATING IT AS WE FINALIZE PLANS***

Camp Set Up

11:00 am

Please arrive any time that works for you. We encourage those of you camping to set up a fun campsite decorated in whatever love-themed stuff you want! You can camp out in a tent, a car, or a van! The campground is limited to 75 vehicles, so be open to the fact that we will be letting car campers park first, then tent campers, Trailer, Van, and RV Parking will be at Bonito Campground, and those of you driving in from Airbnb might have to park and walk from Bonito or from parking along the road, depending on how well people carpool.

Welcome Pot Luck

5:00 pm

Dress warm! The elevation of the campground is ~7,000ft.

This is a casual welcome meal to get the weekend started and get everyone acquainted with our location for the weekend and the beautiful people in our life. Stay tuned for a theme and google doc of what to provide.

Aaron White- Native American Flute Maker and Player

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Born in Oakland, California, Aaron grew up on and off the Northern Ute reservation. He is of two Nations, the Dine of Northern Arizona (Blacksheep Clan) and The Northern Ute tribe Whiteriver band. Award-winning Artist/Singer/Songwriter Grammy-nominated musician Aaron White has been entertaining audiences for over 25 years. Aaron White is of Northern Ute/Dine descent and is an award-winning Native American Flute maker and Lecturer on the history and culture of the flute. His passion and creation of the instrument have kept him busy for over two decades. His music has been used in award-winning films and documentaries such as "‪The Doe Boy" (NHK Award Sundance Film Festival). He has performed with and alongside many notable musicians throughout his career, ‪Jackson Browne, ‪John Densmoreof ‪the Doors, ‪Bruce Cockburn, Taj Mahal and others. https://www.aaronwhitemusic.com/

Team Trivia on The Couple

Dress warm!

Get excited to learn more about Jenny, Caleb, and their relationship through our first fun event of the weekend. Trivia!! There will be prizes so study up :)

Moonlit Crater Ride

8:00 pm

O'Leary Campground is at the entrance of Wupatki National Monument which also includes Sunset Crater. There is a paved road that goes to Cinder Hills Overlook near the top of Sunset Crater. Once the sun sets, we will load up a trailer with everyone's bikes, and then you can cruise back to the campground under the moonlight. The ride will be nearly all DOWNHILL and is about 4 miles. Bring glowsticks and a bike light. See the FAQ section for where to rent a bike if you are traveling from out of town.

Farmer's Market Burrito Truck Breakfast!

7:30 am

We will offer coffee starting at 7 am and breakfast followed by a local families burrito and taco truck- GF/NF/DF/Vegan options. You're welcome to come if you are staying on or off-site. :) Thank you Karine and John Gormley for the food truck :)!

Race Up O'Leary

10:30 am

The campground is at the base of O'Leary Peak. From the campground that is a forest road that climbs 2,000 ft to the top. It's a popular spot for runners, hikers and bikers. One of Jenny and Caleb's favorite activities is running and cycling so we decided to have a race to the top! Bring your running shoes or mountain bike and join in. Or hang back at the campsite and play games provided by us. There will be prizes :)

Light Lunch

12:00 pm

We plan to bring in a simple and light salad bar. Food allergies will be accounted for as best as possible.

Tox Box Food Truck for Dinner

5:00 pm

Our favorite Flagstaff food truck will be providing an incredible menu based on their gourmet tater tots. All kinds of toppings and accommodating to all food allergies. Please be prepared to pay for you and your family. Also, feel free to grill out using any grills or fireplaces at the campground if you prefer that.

NA Beer Mile

5:00 pm

The challenge: drink four NA beers or seltzers and run one mile. We'll have a 1/4 mile course that will allow everyone to watch. You'll start with one NA or seltzer, run a 1/4 mile and repeat it 3 more times. It's harder than you think! Start training! There will be prizes :)

Star Gazing and Astro Photography

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Flagstaff is famous for being the first Dark Sky Community. We will have a local astronomer out to do a star gazing activity to learn about the night sky, as well as take photos of you with the night sky. More about the astro-photographer: https://www.flagstaffstargazing.com/

Intergalactic Disco Dance Party

10:00 pm

DJ set by Coruscant. Dress your best space/disco/alien, or whatever you feel comfortable dancing under the stars in!! :) This will be a silent disco- get ready for FUN!

Dance Church

8:00 am

Warm cacao, coffee, and tea will be set out for you to help yourself to as you'd like. We will have an hour and a half of movement to prepare for the big day! Music cultivated by the one and only Coruscant. We will not be offering a full breakfast, but will have some fruit post dance :)

On Your Own Day

10:00 am - 3:30 pm

We will be busy getting ready for the ceremony, so this chunk of time in the morning/afternoon is free for you to do whatever you'd like and to feed yourself. We will have the snack table always, but no meals provided. See the 'Things to Do' page for ideas nearby. Be back and ready to move to the ceremony site by 3:45

Ceremony

3:45 pm

Our Ceremony will take place either within walking or driving distance from the campground. ******We have not gotten the permits we need and are thinking a sunny spot might be better with the cooler fall temps, so please check this before coming out to the campground. We will also be making announcements at camp :) We hope to catch a beautiful sunset after we seal our forever union. Attire is casual/semi-formal. Do NOT wear heels! We will be walking in gravel to get to the ceremony site. Flats are recommended to avoid a rolled ankle! We will offer blankets to cuddle on and chairs for anyone who'd rather sit in a chair.

Reception

5:30 pm

While at the ceremony, the dining area will transform, and you'll return to the tables to start eating while we take pictures and honor the life of our sweet dog Kaiser <3 Then, the pizza party will start, and we will dig into the food that brought Caleb & Jenny together. After dinner and speeches, we will have dancing to live music provided by The Lucky Devils Band.

After Party

10:00 pm

DJMolecule :D Another silent disco to respect quiet hours. Bring layers if you're wearing formal attire to the ceremony because we will be dancing into the night! :) Coat racks will be available!

Farewell Munch

8:00 am

We will eat any leftovers, clean up the campground, and check out of the campground by 11 AM! PLEASE let us know if you're available to stick around and help with clean-up. Thank you! LEAVE NO TRACE <3
