Ceremony Shuttle-Pick Ups
3:30 pm - 3:45 pm
A shuttle will be available to bring those invited to the ceremony. The pick up schedule and locations are below. PLEASE ARRIVE TO SHUTTLE STOPS 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIMES. Be sure to park your car in a legal spot if you drive to a pick up location. If you have questions about which pick up location is closest to your lodging, just ask Jenny or Derek. -3:15 | Pick up @ Town Center Skyline Bus Stop (Near Hungry Moose Market) -3:25 | Pick up @ Meadow Village Skyline Bus Stop (Near Michelangelo's & Post Office) -3:40 | Pick up @ the Whitewater Hotel -3:45 | Drop off @ Ceremony The shuttle will bring guests to the reception following the ceremony. Please DO NOT leave any vehicles at the chapel following the ceremony. We encourage all guests to use a shuttle or carpool to wedding events. Parking at the Riverhouse is limited.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

No dress code, please dress however you feel comfortable. It does get chilly once the sun goes down, we recommend guests bring a jacket.
Cocktail hour will begin at 5pm in the tent on the riverside lawn. Parking is limited at the Riverhouse. Guests are encouraged to take a shuttle (details on the schedule page) to the ceremony or carpool with friends or family. If you choose to drive yourself please park in the dirt parking lot behind the restaurant near the tent and river. The address shows Gallatin Gateway, but only because this is just outside the Big Sky zip code area.
Reception-Shuttle

Cars may be left overnight at the Riverhouse but must be picked up the next morning.
