Take a dip in one of the Island’s lakes
Cool off in one of Salt Spring’s freshwater watering holes. A couple of our favorites are St. Mary Lake, the largest and great for a swim or paddle, and Cusheon Lake which offers a more tucked-away vibe surrounded by trees.

The Tree House Café is a Salt Spring favorite. Great food and drinks, and live music under the tree all summer long. It’s the perfect spot to grab a bite by the water, catch a band, and soak in the island atmosphere.
