Please arrive no later than 4:30. There is a walk to the ceremony site, so please leave time to enjoy your stroll. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm and is held outdoors. Please note that the walk to the ceremony leads through a grassy field. Please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear!
