When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you can join us by June 12, 2026 — we can’t wait to celebrate together.

When should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving Friday afternoon or early evening. We’ll be hosting a welcome event Friday night at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara, and we’d love to kick off the weekend together. All are invited!

Where should I fly into?
Answer
Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) is the closest and easiest option — just a 10-minute drive from the resort. Some guests may also choose to fly into Los Angeles (LAX) and drive depending on where they're flying in from.

Will transportation be provided?

We recommend ubering if you're not staying at Bacara, everything is very close by.

What will the weather be like?

Santa Barbara is typically mild and coastal. Days are beautiful, evenings can be breezy — layers are your friend. Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Dinner will be outside.

Please include any dietary restrictions when you RSVP — we’ll take care of it!

Is there event parking?
Answer
Event parking is available during wedding events, but overnight parking is reserved for hotel guests. We recommend rideshare for guests not staying on property.

Can I book the hotel starting Thursday?
Answer
Yes! Online it will only allow you to book Friday to Sunday but we can help you arrange that!
