Woodloch Springs (PART 1)

Located two miles from the main Woodloch resort property, Woodloch Springs is a championship golf course community offering Woodloch Springs vacation rentals. These homes range in size from two- to five-bedrooms with the same number of baths. The rentals feature all the benefits of a home with common areas, fully equipped kitchens, outdoor decks, gas grills, washers and dryers, among other amenities. Guests staying at the Springs will have full access to all of the activities and amenities offered by Woodloch Pines. The daily activities change with the seasons and can be found on the website below. www.woodloch.com/play Transportation will be provided between the Guest Homes in the Springs and the Wedding Reception but not the other lodging options noted below. All of the wedding guests staying at the Springs will be located in close proximity to each other creating a Block Party type setting. When planning your stay, we encourage family and friends to consider sharing a home, similar to an AirBnB, as they are very spacious and will allow those staying in the house to enjoy the open areas together. Those people sharing a home should designate someone as the House Leader and act as the point of contact with Woodloch Reservations. The House Leader will need to let Woodloch know who is staying in the house and will be asked to place a deposit for the house. Please Note: You must call Woodloch Reservations directly and mention that your stay is for the "MCGARITY/CLAIR" wedding in order to get the Group Discounts. The Discounted rates can be applied up to 3 nights. Reservations can be made by calling Woodloch directly at 800-966-3562 option 1 for Woodloch Pines, then option 5 for Wedding Accommodations. Once again, please mention the "MCGARITY/CLAIR" wedding.

Guest home rates below are based on the cost per home per night. The bedroom rates are for reference only and based on the number of bedrooms in each home. All rates include all taxes and service charges. Please refer to the Springs website for additional information regarding floor plan layouts, etc. • Cedar Guest Home - 2 bedroom/2 Bath: (sleeps 6) $584.05 Full House/$292.02 per Bedroom. • Hemlock Guest Home - 3 bedroom/2.5 bath: (sleeps 8) $641.68 Full House/$213.89 per Bedroom • Sequoia Guest Home - 4 bedroom/3.5 to 4.5 bath: (sleeps 10) $740.30 Full House/$185.08 per Bedroom • Redwood Guest Home - 5 bedroom/4 to 5.5 bath: (sleeps 12) $842.77 full house/$168.55 per Bedroom Please note that Guest Home Rates will be held until September 23rd *** More information about the Woodloch experience and housing can be found on the FAQ tab of our wedding website. ***

Woodloch Pines is the main resort location where you can book single hotel rooms. Please note that meal plans are required if one stays at the main resort; discounted room pricing will not be accommodated here; and lastly no bus service will be provided to or from the ceremony.

On the banks of the Lackawaxen River, enjoy staying in the quaint rooms at Settler's Inn. This is the closest hotel to our venue and it is about a 20 minute drive. * Please note that there will be no transportation for guests at this location *

If you plan to stay away from the house blocks (Woodloch Springs), please be mindful you will not find an instant rideshare (Uber/Lyft) in this area. ***If you would like to set up a private driver - please contact Wendy Williams via call or text at: 570-851-7495*** Those needing a designated driver should plan ahead of time.
