WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm lakeside however, please try to arrive by 4:50pm. Woodloch is a large resort - if you plan on driving, please plan enough time to park and make your way to the Inn where our coordinator will greet you. There will also be a bus to take guests from the house block to the Inn. Golf carts are available for those who need walking assistance from the Inn to the ceremony. **Please note the ceremony will be on the lawn.**

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE GUEST HOMES TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation provided for those staying at the guest homes to the ceremony starting at 4 pm. Also, if someone needs to leave during the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception there will be a bus on call all night back to the Springs/Guest Homes. CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

Answer

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we already finalized the guest list, and don't have any extra spots for plus ones. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name would be listed alongside yours on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Answer

In case of inclement weather the ceremony will be held indoors at the Inn at Woodloch Resort.

WHAT ARE MY DINING OPTIONS AT WOODLOCH

Answer

Meals are not included with Woodloch Springs guest home rentals. Sit-down Meals: Woodloch Pines Main Dining Room (reservations required), Woodloch Springs Clubhouse (reservations requested). Reservations can be made by calling 800-966-3562 option 3. Counter Service: The Country Store Deli, Gigi’s Coffee Shop and The Woodloch Market.

WHERE IS CHECK-IN? WHAT ARE THE TIMES FOR CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT?

Answer

You can arrive at any time and check-in at The Woodloch Market & Guest Home Registration Center, located outside of Woodloch Springs (1623 PA route 590, Hawley PA). We requested that all houses associated with the wedding are available as soon as possible, but they are not guaranteed to be ready until 5pm. **Check-out is 11am**

HOW MANY BEDS ARE IN EACH BEDROOM?

Answer

Each bedroom sleeps 2; there is either a king bed, queen bed or 2 twins that can be kept apart or pushed together to make a king. If you have any questions please contact Woodloch Reservations (800-966-3562 option 1 for Woodloch Pines, then option 5 for Wedding Accommodations)

WHAT IS PROVIDED/INCLUDED IN THE GUESTS HOMES?

Answer

Each house is completely ready no later then 5 pm. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Housekeeping will start you with a packet or two of coffee, some soap for the dishwasher, a roll of paper towels and tissues, toilet paper and shampoo & conditioner in each bathroom. All homes have a full kitchen, iron & ironing board, coffeemaker, multiple televisions, combo VHS/DVD player, washer & dryer, gas fireplace, gas grill and complimentary WiFi access. There is one rollaway bed in each home.

WHERE DO WE PARK?

Answer

You can park in the garage and driveway of the house. Please park additional vehicles in the Clubhouse parking lot.

DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?

Answer

Pets will be allowed in certain Guest Homes. The pet must be crated, caged, or kept in the garage area when the guest is away from the house. If the pet is a dog, the dog must be walked in the wooded area behind the house and please clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. There will be a $300 non-refundable deep cleaning fee for 2 pets maximum. If any damage is discovered when cleaning the house, you will be notified and charged.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WOODLOCH SPRINGS, WOODLOCH PINES AND THE LODGE AT WOODLOCH?

Answer

Guest homes are available at Woodloch Springs, a private community located around the golf course. This is where the majority of our wedding guests will be staying for the weekend and where the room/house blocks will be. Woodloch Pines is the main resort location (2 miles from the Springs) where you can book single hotel rooms right on the lake. Also note that meal plans are required if one stays at the main resort (discounted room pricing will not be accommodated here). The Lodge at Woodloch is an award winning spa (located 2 minutes from from the springs) with lavish lodging if you choose to go all out (discounted room pricing will not be accommodated here).
