We want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, no extra guests are allowed.
Only guests on the invitation are allowed to RSVP. You will not be allowed to replace or substitute a guest in the place of someone who will not be attending.
The minimum amount of nights per room booking is three nights.
Check in is at 3PM and check out is at 12PM.
Each room allows up to 4 person max. Due to the hotels policy, rooms cannot have more than 3 adults. However, a room can have any combination of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child. A child is anyone between the ages of 0-17.
Yes, transportation to and from the hotel to the airport is included.
Yes! The welcome reception, church, and reception venue are all within the hotel. You do not need any form of transportation to get from one venue to another.
Our Welcome event will be on Friday evening and will be beach casual. Saturday for the wedding, we ask that our guests dress in semi-formal attire: suit pants and dress shirts for men and dresses for women. No part of the wedding will be on the beach/sand. There will be a short walk from the church to the cocktail and reception venue. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
All inclusive means that during your stay at the Xcaret Hotel, all food, non-alcoholic AND alcoholic drinks are included. However there are restrictions and/or extra charges for certain upgrades.
Yes! The hotel is extremely kid friendly. Kids have their own pool area, kid friendly restaurant conveniently located by the kids game room and pool. They also provide a schedule with activities for children daily. If you would like to request a nanny, they make it possible to arrange help for a few hours or a whole day if needed.
Yes, you will have access to all the parks and transportation to them from the hotel only if you are staying at the Xcaret hotel. The shuttle that takes you to the park leaves about every 20 minutes from the front of the hotel.
Yes there is a doctor at the hotel who can help you with anything from sun burn to alcohol poisoning-although we hope neither will happen to our guests!
